After standing on the top of Mt. Everest, I’m NOT going to Disney World®. I’m going the Canyon Ranch (!), and I want to invite you to join me for a three-day retreat “after summit” celebration and a time of relaxation on September 23-26.
What will we do? Plenty, but for the most part, we let go of stress—the kind of stresses that hold us back and down.
Plus, I’ll talk about my trip to the top of Mt. Everest, the tallest mountain in the world along with the challenges and victories I experienced while I was climbing to the summit. There’s a lot to learn from climbing mountains and each lesson applies to something you are facing or will face in the future.
We’ll discuss how to conquer life’s mountains—mountains that seek to prevent us from reaching our goals and dreams, especially in the four-Perfect Day areas: Your core, experience, giving, and finances.
My Perfect Day followers know a favorite truth that I teach on every level: Mountains Lie. They seek to tell you that you “can’t” when the truth is you CAN, and you WILL reach your business, personal, and emotional goals with the right effort, training, and preparation.
What are some of the benefits of stepping away and joining me for this time of reflection and relaxation?
• A private hike with me along with a post Mt. Everest expedition discussion
• Personal growth as we look at life obstacles that hold us back from being all that we can be
• Practical tools that when unpacked will lead to a healthier lifestyle and a successful outlook
• A renewed sense of well-being of mind, body, and spirit as you experience the spa environment of Canyon Ranch.
Canyon Ranch is the world’s recognized leader in healthy living and holistic wellness retreats, with destination spa resorts and Canyon Ranch® facilities and philosophies.
